This simple and cute baby shower banner is created using the same monogram as the Around the Clock Invitation.
To create this banner:
- Using the Wedding Chicks website choose the monogram style and colour you like (or create your own). Generate and save the letters you need.
- Print the letters and using a circle cutter cut the letters out in 4" circles. Alternatively, you can copy the letters into a word processing document placing them in the middle of 4" circles to be uses as guides when printing.
- Cut out 4 1/2" - 5" circles in a coordinating colour from card stock or decorative paper.
- Using glue or double sided tape attach the letter circles in the centre of a larger circle
- Cut 1.5-2" circle (or another shape) to be used to connect words and on the ends of the banner. I used scalloped circles that I had left over when making cupcake toppers
- Using a hole punch punch 2 holes, one on each side of the letters.
- Thread 3-4" pieces of ribbon through holes on adjoining circles and tie a bow.
- On the two ends double over and loop through a larger length of ribbon to secure the banner
