Before you send off all your invitations for an around-the-clock shower remember to record who was assigned each time. This will help you organise the gifts as they arrive and helps when you have last minute additions, cancellations and requests for reminders of times.
The party I hosted has a large guest list so I used clock times (as opposed to event times such as play-time, nap-time, lunch-time, etc.) in 30 minute increments. I recorded all times and guests in a table along with a spot to write in the present they gave (recorded by the mom-to-be's sister at the shower). I then gave the list to the mom-to-be when she was ready to write the thank-you notes.
